Develop training programs with specific details that include; manuals, visual aids, PowerPoint, etc.
Provide training programs that stimulate and motivate attendees.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
Develop metrics of measuring the effectiveness of training programs, e.g., testing and surveys
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
Conducts TNA to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
Coach and mentor employees
Prepare the yearly training calendar
