Determining the Project Scope, Design and identifying the requirements & outline solutions detailed within the contract specifications, Contract BOQ & Drawings.
Arranged and attained approvals for Shop Drawings, Schematic layouts and other related drawings for the project
Preparing an Internal Budget for the project awarded.
Preparing Source, Material Data & Sample approvals that is required for the project
Preparing Schedule for the various Tasks involved and Material delivery
Carrying out necessary procedures for Material Procurement with respect to approvals
Identifying and setting up Resources internal and sub-contractors to carry out the various tasks involved for project execution
Managing and Monitoring the Performance and Quality of the work installations
Co-ordinating with different disciplines involved within the project for work installations.
Raising RFI’s (Request for Information) to the consultant for any valuable information required in case of any deviations or changes that rise from the actual contract during work execution.
Arranged and attained approval for the As-built drawings
Prepare and submitted the Operations and Maintenance Manuals, As-built drawings and required Warranties as the Project Close out documents.
