Follow up daily work operation for account Department.
Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Create and implement plans for distributions, contributions, large capital needs
Prepare and record general ledger journal entries
Analyzes various accounting reports such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, various general ledger and monthly financial statements.
preparing and monitoring annual budget, monitoring revenue goals as well as generating various (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) business volume forecasts.
Prepares and submits monthly financial statements and supporting schedules that identify actual, budget, variance and over/under based on the plan.
Analyzes various accounting reports such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, various general ledger and monthly financial statements.
Establishes accounting protocols and work flows for the property based on property needs, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Manages both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to include but not limited to: processing invoices, preparing statements, making payments, collections, reconciliation, and record keeping
Review all account department transaction before submitted to Finance Manager & review other staff transactions before posting on the system.
Participate in the Final and Interim Audit preparation
To follow up for Stock Control Cycle, purchasing cycle
المهارات
1. Academic qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higher. A master’s degree is preferable.
2. Experienced in cost accounting, trade accounting, project-based accounting for contracting industries.
3. Other certifications: CPA, CMA or equivalent is preferable.
4. Previous experience: minimum 10 years as a Accounts manager or chief of accounts in an Trading / contracting company.
5. Special knowledge: Financial analysis, planning and managing. Budget control and forecasting
6. Interpersonal skills are essential like strong leadership character is a must in addition to excellent communication & managing skills
7. Fluent in English is a must, Arabic is preferable.
