We are looking for an Officer to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR Officer duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
HR Officer skills we are looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills (English & Arabic). You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll department, including preparation of Employee salary/Employee benefits /Leave Payment/ Deductions of salary / Employee commission & Indemnity, Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
المهارات
Proven experience as an HR Officer, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular/English & Arabic)
Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Degree in Human Resources or related field
