الوصف الوظيفي Role Purpose HR Officer shall handle all personnel functions of the Company in-order to bind the employees to the organization as per the rules of the Company and also the State of Kuwait. Key Responsibilities · Handling employee files and records; Collecting required documents and forms · Assist the HR Manager in creating employee induction programs & company policies · Administrate employees benefits’ programs · Assist in the recruitment and hiring process: arrange for recruitment events and fairs, filling CV’s, scheduling appointments & interviews · Handling all HR administrative work: Preparing presentations, filing, drafting documents and correspondences · Administrate all employee in adherence with the policies and procedures and prepare reports · Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management · Handling Payroll process, compensation. المهارات At least 2-3 years in similar position Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Bilingual - English and Arabic تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/hr-coordinator-4334332/ |
