Brand Coordinator is responsible to promote brand awareness by cultivating a positive image of the products and services they represent.
Key Accountabilities:
Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, competitor activities, and the behavior of a brand’s target audience.
Collaborate with Executive Management and Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies in line with market research actionable insights.
Recommend communication strategies viz., marketing campaigns, advertisements appropriate for target audience that ensures brand visibility and awareness.
Identifying appropriate marketing channels to review copy, graphics, and other assets before a campaign goes live.
Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Develop bespoke and innovative marketing campaign story boards within agreed timelines and budget.
Plan, deliver and oversee the execution marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations furthering the credibility of the brand
Prepare and update the products’ marketing materials used for the marketing purpose such as leaflets, posters, and advertisements in television, magazine, web site, showrooms, third party sales platform, mobile applications and newspapers, etc.
Analyze marketing activities and evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics.
Prepare monthly expenditure report of the advertisements, promotions events and all types of expenses involved in marketing a product.
Develop sales promotion and merchandising strategies for retail outlet sales of brand’s products to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Participate in annual sale planning and budgeting activities and other internal meetings with departments to enhance understanding of brand products and discuss strategies.
Provide recommendations for product modifications based on consumer insights to increase customer acquisitions and meet new market trends.
Work closely with service providers to negotiate and review terms and rates.
Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Direct Manager

Planning and delivering marketing campaigns aligned to Company’s sales and market share growth plans within agreed timelines and budget.
Knowledge of communication channels and merchandising strategies to increase brand awareness, brand visibility and market penetration.
Education:
Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration
Experience:
1 year of experience in a Marketing officer role within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge
Experience in analyzing and interpreting market and consumer data using statistical and data analytical techniques.
Knowledge in project-based management of marketing campaigns
Excellent time management
Experience in using SEO / SEM digital marketing strategies and marketing on social media platforms.
Managing and negotiating vendor contracts
Working knowledge of E-commerce software viz., Shopify, Magneto etc.
