Construction Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Manage all construction disciplines - Mechanical, Piping, Civil & Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation.

2.  Directly responsible to Project Manager for Construction activities and Construction schedule

3.  Planning and execution of all construction activities for brown field and green

Field

4.  Subcontractor Management (offsite and site works)

5.  Responsible for mechanical completions & precommissioning of all systems in Stage 1 and Stage 2

6.  Liaising with engineering, procurement and logistics departments for timely delivery of materials Liaising with engineering, procurement and logistics departments for timely delivery of materials

7.  Liaising and coordination with Operations and Maintenance manager for all brown field activities

8.  Review and approval of all subcontractor invoices

9.  Coordinate and lead construction progress review meetings with KOC, subcontractors and SPETCO stake holders

10.  Management of material control and general site activities

المهارات
Qualification required: Engineering Degree- Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical
Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Project or Major EPC project.
