Providing functional leadership to supply chain aspects like Purchasing, Logistics & Distribution.
Responsible for both sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure the company source best quality & services at economical price and in time
Research through internet, directories, various trade fairs and exhibitions and correspond in professional way to target new competitive and reliable suppliers.
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
Provide input into the development of policies and procedures for the Distribution
Review monthly orders and monitor inventory levels in order to ensure a flawless distribution process
Review on a regular basis the projections of the stock status
Coordinate with suppliers for documentation control and processes control
Monitor supply process, products specifications, and assists in making recommendations to correct inventory imbalances
Having in-depth knowledge of INCO-TERMS, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Freight, Cargo Insurance & Custom Procedures.
Oversee scheduling of warehouses personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to receive products in a productive and cost-efficient manner
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the warehouse; activities may include shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
Ensure Supply Chain Department complies with policies and processes, practices and sy
Coordinating with various departments such as Finance, Sales, Warehouse & Custom Authorities
