Channel development by identifying and opening Retail and Wholesale accounts and building comprehensive distribution network
Planning, monitoring and maintaining healthy stock position.
Regular Sales and profitability analysis of the category.
Margin negotiation with customer and preparing contracts.
Proposing strategies for improvement of the business
Proposing, Planning and executing marketing campaigns
Ensuring proper inventory management with stock rotation amongst retailers
Daily interaction with partners for building relationship
Managing and ensuring payments from retailers
Monitoring competition prices/campaigns and taking necessary action whenever needed
Ensuring proper product display in the market of the brands by doing regular market visits.
Setting up marketing opportunities for increasing brand awareness and visibility
Negotiating contracts and margins
Ensuring both sales and stock targets are met
Preparing sales forecast and MIS reports for management
Identifying potential brands for distribution
