SAP BUSINESS ANALYST

Serve as the primary liaison between IT/tech. and business to develop SAP processes.
Configure, support and enhance various functional aspects of the SAP system landscape including troubleshooting of application problems, performing system configuration, analysis of business requirements and their translations into SAP specific context.
Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
Develop requirements, business specifications, and testing documents
Manage daily issues and problem solving related to modules in scope.
Assists in the execution of system processes to support interfaces, reporting requirements and year-end reporting.
Collaborate with SI partners across Functional and Technical teams on testing; unit, integration, functional, acceptance testing, regression, database, analyze results, manage defects and resolve issues.
Build solutions by adhering to SAP standards and best practices
Ensures internal controls and standards are maintained.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, define a proposed solution, propose quick fixes, and add value to the business processes.

المهارات
At least 4 years of direct work experience on teams as a business analyst.
Finance & Controlling expected experience (if FICO), or knowledge of SAP Purchase-to-Payment (PTP), Logistics (MM) or sales (SD) if a non finance BA.
Cross-functional knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO, MM, and SD
Understanding of logistics invoice verification and inventory control.
Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods
Professional experience on management of SAP projects or support of ‘IT’ tickets.
Understand technical jargon and possess the ability to communicate it in layman’s or business terms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and management
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Can work well under minimal direction
MBA, Bachelor or higher certification in specialist business/technical related field.
