Door Hardware Scheduling and Estimating Assistant

Interfaces with a wide variety of professional people including architects, owner representatives, contractors, suppliers, etc.
Review floor plans and specifications and proactively identify potential issues and solutions.
Prepare submittals for architectural review and approval.
Verify the accuracy of data such as existing measurements and site conditions and consult with trade professionals regarding design feasibility.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs; resolving any questions which develop regarding the scope of the work.
Document and maintain accurate records throughout the entire project with high attention to detail.
Must be precise with work product and communication

المهارات
Diploma or above in Building Services or similar qualifications in the construction-related discipline.
Diploma holder of GAI from the Guild of Architectural Ironmonger, UK, or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in ironmongery scheduling and estimation..
Extensive experience in ironmongery schedules, able to master the workflow of different stages in large-scale construction projects.
Experience in working in a multi-cultural platform and ability to coordinate with various teams.
Attention to detail, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in using specification software, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
Willing to work under pressure.
