الوصف الوظيفي 7. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies. 8. Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures. 9. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased. 10. Managing and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records. 11. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. 12. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. 13. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers. 14. Preparing cost analyses, and reports. المهارات Degree in Accounting / Business Management/ Commerce/ Engineering Experience: 5 years’ experience in Procurement and Contracts Management Competencies: · Negotiation Skills · Communication Skills · Integrity · Analytical and Strategic Thinking · Supervisory Experience · Teamwork Knowledge & Skills: Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP Procurement Module, especially Oracle Fusion.
