Fulfillment Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs .
Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.
Maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with merchants, suppliers, and delivery companies.
Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance KPIs.
Providing data-backed and actionable updates to management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and merchant performance.
Ability to adapt work priorities to changing needs; develop and execute strategies.
Be responsible for supervising, training, performance management preparation and communication of work schedules, and daily work assignments. Includes duties from staff and self-development, coaching, counseling on performance feedback, up to initiating and assisting with corrective action
And any other duties are required .

Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.
Detail-oriented
Multitasking capabilities
Business-level communication skills (verbal and written)
A strong customer-oriented focus
Bachelor’s degree
