Collaborate with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives
Develop processes for store operations
Performance evaluations experience
Monitor and control inventory for the assigned AOR
Proven track record of successful sales targets achievement and marketing campaigns execution
Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
Sales forecasting and phasing
Staff cost budgeting
Direct controllable expense planning
Store opening experience
