BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:
To be an intermediary between the Buying Department and other key functions/departments and partners
Provide comprehensive administrative support in all aspects of Buying.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Assist Buyer in the preparation of product creation, PO, IPR and Invoice follow ups.
Pre order alert sheet data to be updated based on Buyer’s instruction.
Releasing products and Item creation in system based on POAS.
Update TAJ for new or any price changes and inform the concerned parties.
Coordinate/following up with Warehouse for getting the orders received in system and properly create the assortments.
Undertake total responsibility for getting the relevant data required for the products, such as description, specification, additional information, images, product dimensions.
Update demonstration product details in system monthly.
Update role-based flagging in system.
Assist the Buyer in Monthly Marketing plans.
Video loops to be downloaded and hand-over to stores and online.
Product & Supplier file maintenance.
Update budgets at three levels – at Brand Level, at Category Level & at Sub-Category Level.
Product sheet to stores and online team as per requirement.
Report generation (data analysis / category reports) to support Buying team.
Report format standardisation, development, and production with help of Buyer/CM.
Data update and correction in system as per Buyer/CM instructions.
Maintain a strategic professional working relationship with team and all key departments.
Be a lead Ambassador of Fantasy World at all times
