الوصف الوظيفي Monitor implementation of the annual plans, calendar and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate. Recommend annual marketing strategies such as promotions, campaigns, launch events, special activities, etc. Operational: Source and compile the relevant information about product to be advertised, information about offer details, budget, marketing goals and marketing research and coordinate the same with advertising agency. Plan and formulate with CMO and present suggested campaign plans and programs along with layouts to Business Director for negotiation, amendments (if required) and for final approval. Conduct meetings with Managers and Business Director to exchange ideas; obtain briefs, concerns and proposals to facilitate solutions for advertising and promotion issues; Serves as advertising liaison between the division and the advertising agency. Pursue with advertising agency in order to ensure the advertising material is created as planned and coordinate the work of the relevant production so that the campaign is meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Monitor the advertising effectiveness by tracking the sales enrollments through Business Object. Assist CMO in the implementation of ongoing mass marketing or programs in conformity with organizational goals and objectives. Assess & measure advertising rates and promotional items by contacting various suppliers in order to obtain quotations and sample, making sure the desired adequate standards are being maintained. Conduct orientation briefing sessions with Team Leaders and Vehicle Sales staff and provide full details regarding any new advertising campaign. Monitor the overall production of print materials such as newsletter, pamphlets, brochures and catalogs. Coordinate with Manager, PR regarding required information in order to generate desired press releases and to be subsequently circulated to all media by advertising agency. Communicate and implement point of sales materials as requested by the Division. Promotion Plan and formulate with CMO for the Division incentive promotions such as discounts, giveaways and coupons. Communicate to the team on the required promotion programs combining advertising with purchase incentives in order to increase sales which may involve direct mail, telemarketing, radio advertising, catalogs, exhibits, inserts in newspapers, magazines, internet advertisements, in-store display or product endorsements and special events. Monitor the special promotional events, their budget preparation and sales support material/s. Evaluate effectiveness of advertising and compatibility with public by the level of sales. Assist the CMO in design and implementation of niche marketing and promotion plan on certain sub segments/target audience such as teachers, doctors, high school students, university students, sub nationalities and new homeowners. Manage sites of special events such as open days, press conferences, lunches, exhibitions and other functions. Engage with the agency and respective third party vendors in order to ensure the successful installation of new showroom internal and external signage as well as all permanent outdoor branding (lightboxes, screens, etc.) at key locations and facilities. People Management: Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime. Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions. Provide guidance to new staff and support development through frequent mentoring to ensure consistent development of marketing team. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations. |
