الوصف الوظيفي Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Each Sales Channels; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Key Accounts. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of new sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans for as needed. Conducts one-on-one review with all Key Account to build more effective communications, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account’s sales and activity performance. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. Assists in preparation of Sales proposals and presentations and annual Budget. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Hiring and training new sales representatives. Schedule /Intercompany transfer of Sales Staff, assign daily duties and motivate the sales staff at any retail location. Provide staff with product update knowledge Motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales goals Notify staff of new procedures or policies. Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. المهارات |
