الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for managing all Human Resources related activities including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, payroll.
Develop the Human Resources & Administration department’s strategic objectives and KPIs and ensure all employees are working towards achievement of these objectives.
Review the operating results of the Human Resources & Administration department and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 
Master’s Degree in Human Resources would be an advantage.
Professional certifications Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP) or Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP) are preferred.
Proficiency in English – Arabic
