Job Role
Responsible for defining, developing and executing a focused social media strategy and marketing plans in order to drive growth and increase company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Create an annual campaign plan with budget and expected ROI and define ROI for all campaigns.
• Define, develop and execute the annual regional strategic marketing plan through gathering and analyzing market research data.
• Plan, develop, and direct the efforts for distribution of company product with guidance from Manager
• provide financial analysis and business planning for each individual brand as applicable
• Determine an efficient marketing mix for the group, including various marketing campaigns and initiatives, events, sales tools, public relations
• Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact sales.
• Develop and execute marketing programs to increase annual sales volume and revenue
• Develop a marketing strategy for the organization, such as advertising, promotions, public relations, trade marketing, digital and social media
• Develop a marketing budget and adhere to outlined expenses
• Create new groups and manage online groups on the company’s behalf using the latest social media.
• Establish brand identity and prepare marketing material and communications.
• Contribute to the group’s product development and marketing strategy through the collection and analysis of market research data to identify target markets for future potential growth.
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc; writing and proofreading copy; liaising with designers and printers; organising photo shoots;
• Provide regular feedback to the manager on product requirements for local markets, including product specifications, functionality, and pricing.
• To provide appropriate content daily while tracking the metrics.
• To monitor relevant conversations.
• Spend a significant portion of time in communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with members of the team.
• Conduct market research on our products and monitor competitor activity for comparison with the competition.
• Coordinate and execute special events.
• Monitor brand performance and use information gained to recommend actions.
• Other related tasks as required.
