Maximizing product availability in line with channel and customer plans
Responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantities
Maintains and organize sales files.
Organize export sales appointments and meetings.
Prepare sales letters, faxes and memorandums.
Operates sales data entry and coordinate with head office.
Prepare and coordinate all export sales transport activities.
Preparing complete export – documentations.
Preparing ITS testing Documentations.
Documentation for getting licenses for environment for each Shipment.
Coordinating with export- customer’s relations, payments, L/C’s and new orders. Sending latest quotations etc.
المهارات
The job requires a comprehensive understanding of how areas collectively integrate within KLOC to contribute to achieving the goals of the business;
Assist sales team staff in resolution of problems, discrepancies, and inquiries;
High School
Clear verbal and written communication in English, Arabic is a plus
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in oil & gas industry of which at least 1 years in similar position
Communication and the exchange of information is an important part of the job
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
