•Follow up with customers on payment and vital appointments
•Prepare reports such as the weekly and monthly sales reports for Passenger Cars & Vans
•Prepare comparison sheets for Luxury Automotive Brand products versus those of competition brands
•Prepare quotations, Local Purchase Orders (LPO), Letters of Credit & bank documents for initiating and completing the sales process
•Meet prospects, especially in the absence of salesmen, to negotiate and close fleet deals
•Attend calls from prospective fleet customers, record requirements & pass this information to sales personnel
•Maintain all fleet-related work documents
•Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others
•Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner

Experience
Years of Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Field of Experience Automobiles
3 to 5 years of experience in sales in automotive dealership/ distributorship
Skills - Specialized technical and operational experience
- Communication Skills, MS Office Skills, Problem Solving, Attention to detail and Customer focus
