الوصف الوظيفي Design, Supervise and oversee projects from conception to completion through to final handover ensuring compliance with all international safety and building regulations. Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates. Oversee the selection of materials to be used. Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors. Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance. Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables and communicate the same to client. Negotiate agreement terms, manage construction contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain required government permits to analyze and mitigate risks. Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, Ministry guidelines, and local and state regulations are met. Review and approve the monthy payments for the contractors and the payment requests to clients. Strategic Ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met and projects are always completed on time. Manage change requests during project execution. Assess potential risks of projects and take required action to mitigate and avoid them. Build successful relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities. Knowledge in handling Government Projects. Managerial Train, motivate and supervise the engineering team.
