Preparing the combined annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Preparing financial reports to analyze the results of the activities of the various sectors of the company from a financial point of view and compare them with the estimated plans and ministries, and provide the senior management with the necessary suggestions and recommendations.
Preparing periodic and necessary reports for senior management and any non-periodic reports that may be requested in specific dates and accurately reflecting the true picture of the company’s status
Evaluating the accounting policies used and evaluating the reasonableness of accounting estimates and related disclosures of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Comprehensivly presenting the consolidated financial statements and their structure and the data included therein, including checks, and an assessment of whether the consolidated financial statements express the basic information and related events in a manner that achieves a fair presentation.
Work according to the general directions based on deliberate policies and plans, also that are based on the approved financial plan
Supervising the closing of the final accounts at the end of the fiscal year, ensuring that they are completed on time and informing the senior management thereof and following up by the external auditors
To suggest to the company management the appropriate way regarding the different cash and various modes of financing
Study deviations resulting from the comparison of estimated and actual budgets, coordination of control provisions on capital and operating expenses, and submitting periodic reports on those deviations to senior management
Suggestions for the company’s management of the appropriate manner regarding cash liquidity and the various financing methods
Performing other similar tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor
المهارات
Has a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Has minimum 12 years of experience in related field
Knows how to speak, read and communicate in English
Able to use the calculator
