Team Resources Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Fleet:

· Align with Team Planning Manager to ensure fleet meets team requirements.

· Plan periodic maintenance calendar for all fleet & prepare replacement cars.

· Supply reserve trucks for unplanned interruptions.

· Plan retirement & entry of the fleet.

· Manage & control fuel card distribution & consumption.

· Upgrade and equip trucks with team suggestions to improve efficiency from team relations.

· Prepare annual budget and create PO’s accordingly for fleet

Uniform:

· Plan yearly distribution calendar of uniforms & safety shoes

· Study & verify high quality uniform as requested by team relations officer

· Aligning with brand guidelines of ABYAT

· Ensure safety stock for unplanned uniform requirements

· Prepare annual budget and create PO’s accordingly for uniform

Tools & Equipment(T&E;):

· Build & design standard kit of tools & equipment per category as required by the team relations officer & supervisors and review monthly.

· Maintain team log per category for standard kit.

· Plan yearly distribution calendar of tools & equipment

· Ensure safety stock for unplanned tool requirements

· Prepare annual budget and create PO’s accordingly for T&E;Team Audit:

· Plan monthly calendar to visit and audit

o Site installations

المهارات
1. Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Business or equivalent work experience
2. Min 7 - 10 years related work experience in a fleet management
3. Demonstrate ability to generate ideas, gather market feedback, and clearly present solutions
4. Strong people skills, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer interaction, a positive attitude, and drive.
5. Experience in Retail business and ERP systems (SAP Preferred)
6. High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and details & results- orientation
7. Excellent skills and knowledge in MS Excel and Power point
8. Fluent in Arabic and English.
9. Strong report writing, analytical, presentation, coaching and communication skills
