Attend the site visit, analyze, and prepare the scope of work with required sketches and details
Quantify the complete renovation works (all discipline- civil and MEP)
Develop subcontract bid packages, reach out the local subcontractors/ suppliers and obtain the competitive offers
Develop in-house estimate based on the local market price and arrive the final cost proposal
Attend the Client negotiation meeting, explain the estimate and obtain approval
Monitor the works, identify any variation works and submit the Claim timely to the Client approval
Prepare monthly pay applications to the Client and prepare subcontractor payment certificates
Closely coordinate with the Head Office and perform the works as guided
المهارات
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimation of JOC or Renovation/ Maintenance Projects
Capable to estimate multidisciplinary works (civil and MEP)
Preference will be given to the candidates with US Army projects experience
Strong communication skill is must
