Ability to write operations manuals from scratch.
Identify business opportunities and trends by analyzing consumer behavior by product line and geographic location through customer profiles to ensure that all opportunities are exploited in an efficient and timely manner. Identify operational issues for effective of internal marketing (events, new product launches, promotions, etc.) and coordinate with Buying Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure proper work processes and systems are in place to achieve the marketing objectives.
Analyze profitability by individual stores in all areas and brand/ product line within each area to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved by selecting right product brands to fit the consumer profile of the area.
Oversee the visual merchandising implementation of all stores and initial marketing activities to ensure uniformity across the chain and timely implementation of all promotions.
Manage the training, development and motivation of staff in the Sales & Operations and ensure that the stores are staffed with the requisite numbers and caliber of staff to meet its objective and that all staff is encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution.
Maintain good branding and excellent service of operations.

Previous experience in central kitchens and air cloud based kitchens and franchises
Advanced level of career 10+ years experience minimum.
Experience running and launching restaurants more than one at once
