Job Purpose:
Call Centre is one of the main sources of sales income as customers prefer to buy more and more online and through phone calls . The role of Call Centre Agents therefore is important as the Company is to provide a professional, reliable and efficient call centre service to effectively meet the increasing customer inquiries / orders.
Principal Accountabilities:
To receive / take down orders through phone calls and online. Ensure delivery address is correctly recorded including the customer mobile number, delivery date and time.
Enter orders/invoices to the POS on the same day.
Send copies of the orders/invoices to the Production Department for timely delivery.
Forward hard copies of the orders/invoices to Finance department for receiving payments.
Prepare daily and monthly report of sales/orders (for online and calls received separately).
Receive customer complaints if any, and report to the management.
Any other tasks as advised by the direct manager
المهارات
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Higher Secondary or above
Good communication skills both Arabic and English
Excellent telephone manners
Computer Knowledge
Disciplined and courteous behaviour
2-3 years call centre or related experience.
