Job Purpose: Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the Company in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. To develop, recommend and implement business development strategies, new business opportunities and operational plans to support the achievement of its business objectives in the provision hospitality business opportunities and investment.
Principal Accountabilities:
Directs and manages the internal operations of the company to achieve budgeted results and financial achievements including revenue and profits.
Develops and establishes operating policies covering marketing and sales, distribution and delivery, new business opportunities consistent with the company’s broad policies and objectives and ensures their adequate execution. Appraises and evaluates the results of overall business operations regularly and systematically, and reports the results to the CEO.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
Identify opportunities for business campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Utilizing the knowledge of the selling market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Work to promote and establish the Company to be the market leader and choice supplier for high-end bakery products, pastries, and quality sweet items produced in its factories.
Manages overseas sales and new business development opportunities.
Monitors daily sales and reports to the CEO on sales turnover. Implements actions as appropriate towards enhancing sales and revenue.
Seeks for Company’s accreditation and classification as appropriate giving its products and services international standard and recognition.
Ensures all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local laws and regulations governing business operations

Graduate in any discipline (hospitality management or hotel management preferred)
Ten to fifteen years related experience.
Have leadership and management abilities to oversee the business.
Possesses a passion to help staff and clients.
Able to see the big picture and plan out details.
Excellent communications and detail-oriented.
Strong process and planning orientation.
Goal-oriented, task driven.
Designs efficient systems, seeks productivity.
Ability to delegate to the right team members
