Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Monitor computer networks for security issues.
Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents. Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
المهارات
Demonstrated experience on Firewalls, routers, switches etc with hands on experience.
3 to 6 years of experience with managing multi layers networks.
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with quick technology upgrades and designs.
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in Cisco and VM ware virtualization technologies
Knowledge on exchange server and call manager an added advantage.
Good communication skills with ability to communicate with Global team and implement new technologies with the co-ordination with the global teams
