الوصف الوظيفي • Monitor all stock orders to supplier or manufacturer to ensure that order documentations are correct and orders are in line with recommended stock requirements; • Check catalogues or computer databases to identify and locate the sources of required parts; • Recommend parts to customers; • Order parts from warehouse; • Ensure that all documentation in respect of incoming parts are correctly entered into stock orders and reconcile with actual stock defined; • Locate and recommend purchased parts ensuring that best available terms of business are obtained; • Assist in regular stock checks and annual stock audits; • Participate in warehouse dispatch, packaging and delivery of stock, and receive incoming stocks; • Ensure that all customer invoices are raised in line with costumer orders and resolve any order enquiry that may be raised; • Participate in stocktaking (regular checking and valuing of goods) and update computer data; • Monitor outstanding customer invoices, chase overdue payments and advise of any unresolved problem; • Ensure that image and level of customer service are in line with company standard; المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/parts-advisor-4250890/ |
