Job Purpose
Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans, meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Responsible to ensure all Light Fields outlets achieve sales targets through timely interventions in terms of competitive sales plans, enhanced product offerings considering customer preferences.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement competitive sales strategy through analysis of historical sales figures, analysis and interpretation of market and consumer trends to ensure maximization of profits and customer acquisition.
Prepare annual sales budget and cascade sales target to team members on a monthly basis.
Monitor monthly sales, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to improve sales.
Collaborate with brand management department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas.
Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales records.
Formulate pricing and credit policies in liaison with Finance Department by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Give sales presentation to prospects and respond to queries on products, pricing, availability and credit terms.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team on a monthly basis.
Ensure availability of merchandise for outlets by approving contracts, managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control through implementation of purchasing plans in coordination with purchasing department.
Maintain awareness of market trends, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring local competitors’ offerings.
Identify potential opportunities within client base, new markets & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume.
Maintain constant growing relationship with sales channel partner to ensure positive impact on sales growth.
Monitor statement of account of channel partners and follow up on due payments.
Monitor the performance of Key account manager and provide guidance for improvement.
Key Success Factors
Excellent relationship with channel partners viz. Coops, hypermarkets, supermarkets etc.
High business acumen with a commercial sense of local consumer market demands
Excellent sales presentations and network building skills.
المهارات
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Master degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
4 – 5 years of experience in selling consumer products through local sales channel partners
Knowledge
Solid knowledge of local market partners.
Excellent knowledge of market and consumer demands.
Knowledge of formulating competitive sales strategy that involves channel partners
