Typing up memos
Following up with all the departments that relate to the CEO
Organizing the CEO schedule
Reading through emails
Organizing checks and documents based on priority
Conducting meetings in the CEO absence to ensure things run smoothly.
Creating reports on a daily/weekly basis
Sifting through asana to see the priority of tasks and follow up on other things.
Any other task deemed relevant for their responsibility.
المهارات
Proficient in Excel/Word/Office
English Literacy: Excellent both in reading and writing
Arabic Literacy: Preferably reading and writing.
Needs to be very organized and prompt with work.
Needs to be a quick learner
Needs to be able to multitask
Asana experience is a plus
Preferably experience in operations background.
Graduated from University with: Business/Science degree
Office hours, but also needs to be able to be on call.
