الوصف الوظيفي •Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices. •Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly. •Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports. •Attending and scheduling meetings as required. •Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback. •Understanding and meeting all contract requirements. •Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates. •Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. Job Requirements Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Bachelor Major : Mechanical Engineering Experience Years of Experience : 5 - 10 Years Field of Experience : Candidates with Production Planning experience in Heavy Steel Fabrication / Sheet metal fabrication Industries – Preferably from Companies Manufacturing Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Vehicle mounted products like Tipper bodies, etc., and or Companies manufacturing Ducts and Air Distribution products such as Dampers, Sound Attenuators, Air Inlet & Outlets (Grills, Diffusers, Registers, Louvers), VAV – Variable Air Volume devices, etc المهارات •Strong multitasking abilities. •Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. •A sound understanding of safety protocols. •Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
