To coordinate with Government agencies on all matters assigned to him by the Government relations unit head.
To respond to inquiries from government representatives about the company and its operations, under the Direct Manager directions.
To facilitate the communications between the company and Government agencies and support company employees in Government formalities and communications.
To follow up and maintain contact with government agencies / offices regarding current status of company requests or documents.
To continuously promote company image, protect its assets and interests and strengthen its relations with the Government.
To maintain a proper documentation of all activities and tasks with governmental agencies for future reference when needed.
To visit sites in case of any emergency at the company.
المهارات
Abide to safety regulations as per HSE policy/manual.
Non- Disclosure policy as per CGC Non- Disclosure procedure and Kuwait labor law.
Maintain safe work place.
From 3 – 7 years of working experience
