الوصف الوظيفي · Accomplished and creative finance professional with 10 years’ solid experience in mission-driven organizations and corporate environments. Proven ability to conceive, develop and successfully implement strategic programs that align with business goals. Administrative capacity with oversight of day-to-day operations, program compliance, and policies and procedures of an organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Manages Holding Co.’s financial resources in order to achieve its business objectives and maximize its value · Provides the expertise and objectivity to analyze and evaluate business development opportunities, including investment appraisal, business case analysis and feasibility studies to assist top management to prioritize business opportunities · Directs migration and merger activity to ensure smooth transition and full integration of selected acquisitions, merger, or ventures · Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, applicable laws and regulations to ensure the Finance Department is operating according to best practices, conforms to Kuwaiti law and regulations and in compliance with international financial/ accounting standards · Maintains a record of, and ensures implementation of accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements · Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information top management · Provides finance and accounting support to sister companies and subsidiaries by coordinating with their top management · Assesses performance benchmarks and recommends changes when warranted · Manages the financial activities of the Holding Co. and its subsidiaries · Ensures effective allocation and distribution of funds in accordance with the governance structure · Reviews and recommends changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions · Provides oversight on subsidiary financial activities including implementation of the Holding Company investment and financial risk appetite · Manages relationships with related parties, affiliates companies and financial institutions · Analyzes financial statements on a monthly basis and reports variances from budgeted amounts and agreed on business targets · Liaises with management on funding of operations · Participates in the developing the short and long-term financial strategies and formulating appropriate business plans to enable achieve organizational objectives · Provides and interprets financial information, business modeling and forecasting for the organization · Identifies potential areas that may be of concern during internal and external audits and propose strategic solutions · Develops a risk management framework and strategy including liquidity and debt management · Supervises and directs finance and accounting activities such as budgeting & forecasting, accounting, treasury, audit, and fixed assets management including safeguarding, inventory controls, assets count and obtaining insurance policies · Advises the executives on the feasibility of new projects · Develops the department budget and provide inputs for formulating the organization’s budgets · Coordinates with the Business Manager(s) for assessing potential market opportunities · Ensures maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of the services · Coordinates across departments to broaden the spectrum of efforts · Monitors and performs annual performance review for Finance & Accounting staff and conducts a performance evaluation report on a periodic basis or as and when required · Approves and sets performance goals and targets the department · Identifies the training needs of finance and accounting staff · Coordinates with the VP -Support Services for recruiting, developing and retaining an effective work force المهارات · Masters of Business Administration or related field · Chartered Accountant or relevant professional certification degree in the field is preferred · 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years similar experience to the responsibilities outlined above تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/deputy-chief-executive-officer-4451167/ |
