The selected candidate will be responsible for handling and management of medical records.
Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
Retrieve and distribute medical charts to appropriate departments of the hospital as and when requested.
Assemble and file all patient medical records and information.
Maintain quality and accurate records by following hospital procedures.
Report breaches, instances of non-compliance to Team Leader in an effort to protect patient confidentiality.
Scan and archive consents and paper-based documents.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree / Diploma holder
2 years’ experience in maintaining and retrieving medical records
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Time management
Ability to work independently, as well as be part of a team
Basic knowledge on Microsoft excel.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
