Responsible for providing pre & post sales technical support to customers on Hi Tech products consisting of scanners, xray equipment and general digital dental equipment.
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance (including preventative) and inspection testing.

Good communication is essential with our customer base to ensure user training is appropriately delivered for all products and all documents /completed as required by the Business.
to provide an efficient service to install equipment and software at Dental practices throughout the South East.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Ability to display tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations and people
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures both within Toshiba and customer premises
Full and Valid Driving Licence
