Responsibilities:
Leading development and direction of the IT department and the IT Infrastructure.
Able to take on responsibilities of Senior Architect and plan strategically.
Ensure the IT Department delivers core functionality in project definition, network management, and service delivery.
Advise the executive management team on the effective use of IT and the options and risks involved, as well as communicate effectively to the staff at all levels.
Managing SLAs across the business to ensure performance levels are met and to devise and deliver strategies to influence the infrastructure and control.
Full financial management of the IT infrastructure budget ensures that IT expenditure is contained within the agreed budgets and represents value for money.
Building and maintaining a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Department capable of delivering agreed services.
Build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Key Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related areas.
6+ years of past IT experience in a similar position.
2+ years of management experience or senior position.
Strong help desk management experience in establishing performance metrics and monitoring.
Ability to manage a helpdesk staff in growth, performance, and improvements.
Ability to set, meet and monitor improved standards for the delivery of helpdesk customer support.
Good understanding of network and PC skills (PC, TCP/IP, WAN).
Strong interaction with other groups to assist the helpdesk staff in resolving problems.
Good communication skills with area stores and corporate management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
