Sets Pricing Strategy taking into consideration market dynamics, competitor prices, brand positioning & brand profitability
Manages Training workshops for the sales staff to enhance creativity.
Strong working relationships with the suppliers and in general the local market

At least 5 years of relevant and supervisory experience as a trade marketing manager/supervisor in a recognized FMCG company.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of conventional and modern marketing tools for planning effective multi-channel campaigns.
Experience and expertise in marketing programme development for retail outlets showroom, trade marketing, or tiered distribution.
Proven project management skills.
