Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts and Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
Designated point-of-contact to manage and handle various clients and accounts and also focuses on fostering a relationship with the clients, preferably long term.
Handle engagement and interaction with the client in the form of meetings and presentations, and send over integral deliverables like reports and other materials regularly.
Convey the end goals, contractual and non-contractual obligations, and other facets of a client’s business with the internal team to speak on behalf of the client and look out for their interests.

Extensive understanding of business fundamentals paired with an innate ability to lead.
