Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners. You will work with restaurant performance data, identify opportunities, and take action to improve sales. The role combines data handling, critical thinking, and clear client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Access and download data from Uber Eats, restaurant, and internal dashboards
Organize and clean data in spreadsheets, apply basic formulas, and highlight key insights
Use our AI-powered tools to analyze performance and generate action plans
Communicate results and recommendations to restaurant partners via calls and messages
Execute strategies directly on delivery platforms (e.g., enabling/disabling promotions)
Follow up regularly to ensure growth and client satisfaction
Requirements
Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (sorting, formulas, formatting)
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in French (verbal & written), strong English (spoken). Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Professional, client-focused attitude
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Experience in account management, customer service, or data entry
Familiarity with food delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Glovo, etc.)
