Quest Search & Selection is working with a stunning 5* Hotel, part of international hotel chain based in Qatar looking for a Beverage Manager.

As the Beverage Manager you would be responsible for beverage operations in the hotel outlets.

The Beverage Manager will be responsible for:
Beverage menu planningMaintaining hotel standards regarding the beverages served in the propertyBeverage inventory controlTraining of all service staff - beverageAssists the F&B;operation during peak hoursActively in getting guests feedback and building relationships

Personal Requirements of the Beverage Manager:
Minimum 2 years as Beverage Manager in luxury 5* hotelsExperience in International 5* hotelsExperience in creating beverage menuOutgoing personalityTeam focusedStrong guest relation builderMiddle East Experience is preferredHospitality degree is a mustFluent in English

The Benefits

Salary package offered is QAR 11,000 - 13,000, housing, transportation allowance, yearly tickets (family status).
