الوصف الوظيفي Key Deliverables To monitor, administer and protect company’s contractual and financial relationship with client, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers, proactive identification of commercial and contractual risks and formulating strategy to investigate such risks. The Senior contracts administrator must review, recommend, and advise prior to entry to contracts and subcontracts, identify risks and mitigation measures, and contribute to drafting of management requirements. Job Description · Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. · Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. · Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. · Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts. · Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering, contract management and other technical work performed in the department, laboratory, or project. · As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures. · Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes. Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation. · Evaluate incoming contracts · Drafting letters to the client on Management’s decision on Contract Formation. · Registering and maintaining accessible up-to-date contracts. · Preparation of Subcontracts. · Drafting letters to the subcontractors on managements decision on Subcontract Formation · Registering and maintaining accessible up-to-date subcontracts. · Preparation of Payment Applications for direct sales · Registering and maintaining accessible up-to-date direct sales payment applications · Registering and maintaining cash inflow up-to-date المهارات 1. Highly literate in evaluation of contracts 2. Other Skills a. Proficiency in MS Office ……etc. b. Focused, responsible and dedicated 3. Languages: a. Proficiency in English language is a must. Education/Experience Required • BE, B.Sc. or B. Tech in Civil Engineering or Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying • MRICS Certification preferred • Ten (10) years of related experience.
