Key Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and coordination with sub-contractors, maintenance, foreman, pest control, landscaping, waste management collection (garbage and sewerage) and unit cleaning (outsource and in-house) for the day-to-day operations inside compounds.
Overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of all sample and booking units.
Inspection and validation of the booking unit before the handing over. Ensure that it is ready for occupancy by checking all maintenance aspects, cleanliness, and pest control.
Responsible in ensuring the accuracy of invoices submitted by the contractors
Assists the Facilities Manager in monitoring the daily activity of the staffs, foremen, including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security.
In-charge of reporting all activities (delays, emergency, etc.) of the contractors to the Facilities Manager
Supervises daily coordination, scheduling, and execution of maintenance, cleaning, and pest control in all compounds
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, health, and safety standards.
Submits written reports to the Maintenance department if there are any damages inside the unit, facilities, or common area
Creates reports and from time to time, make written recommendations to the Facilities Manager.
Attends meeting if required.
· Provides other support to direct manager, as may required from time to time.
