Residential Leasing Associate

Role Objective:

The Residential Leasing Associate shall be responsible in: (1) coordinating the leasing of UDC residential properties on The Pearl-Qatar; (2) providing real estate investment insights, recommending the leasing of UDC properties within The Pearl Qatar project; and (3) completing all the required lease agreements formalities associated with the closing of the contract.

Key Accountabilities

Receives call-ins and walk-ins from prospect clients and accommodate their requests accordingly.
Discusses and propose different residential options investment objectives with clients and make recommendations
accordingly, that result in the completion of the lease agreement.
Conducts presentations to customers to introduce The Pearl Qatar (TPQ) and the advantages of investing in the island.
Conducts viewings with prospect clients based on clients requirements and propose suitable recommendation.
Prospects for new clients through the use of data bases, personal contacts, business relationships, attendance at
exhibitions and conferences.
Provides expert advice on the real estate products available within TPQ and communicate the values and benefits of the project to potential customers.
Reviews property listings and relevant literature to remain knowledgeable about the regional real estate market and
competitive product offerings.
Delivers customer service and follow up to both current & potential tenants.
Conducts site visits with clients around all areas of the island.
Deals with large and VIP corporate clients to close bulk deals.
Assist the handover department with reporting snags and handing over units to Tenants or Landlords when required.

Follows all relevant operational and company policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Budget Control

Proposes plans and programs as per approved Budget.
Reporting

Reviews and prepares required written periodic and special reports.
Related Assignments

Carries out and performs other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of department’s work and performance.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience

2 to 5 years of related leasing experience.
Knowledge of the local market and clientele
