JOB TITLE: LIGHTING TECHNICAL MANAGER / SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepares technical proposals, materials submittals and compliance statement.
Attend Tender and Ongoing Inquiries.
Participates in tender meetings/sales presentation for clients.
Review project requirements to implement value re-engineering.
Provide liaison with the MEP for proper project implementation.
Facilitate preparation of technical documents (O&M;manuals, testing and commissioning procedures, method statements), to close out project documentations.
Attend to site issues for all matters related to lighting design, product quality assurance and installation of electrical works.
Manage manufacturer/supplier technical relationship.
Provide technical support to the client, manufacturer and consultant.
Validate warranty claims from project sites.

المهارات
ESSENTIALS:

Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field is required.
Male/Female with Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
Knowledge in design & Lux Calculation / Lighting Selection.
Able to understand Schematic Drawing lay out plans in AutoCad.
Good organization skills with the ability to multi task and priorities under pressure.
Proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good Command of both spoken and written English.
Holding a Qatari Driving License.
