Objective:
The Operations Coordinator shall assist the Operations manager, Executibe Chef and the Operations department in general, by providing an efficient and responsive administrative, operational and logistical service on the day-to-day operations of the HDC outlets.
Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and monthly reports, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines and any other required follow up as needed.
Create and maintain up-to-date electronic and physical file system.
Follow up on milestones and deadline and ensure that all the deadlines are respected
Type and prepare a variety of documents such as letters, memos and minutes
Always Punctual and able to manage self to attend work to the assigned schedule
Does not deviate from assigned tasks without prior communication to line manager
Follows instructions from line managers to the letter and often strives to complete a task to its maximum potential.
Goes the extra mile and completes tasks without being asked
Completes all assigned paperwork correctly, accurately and genuinely.
Correctly completes all Operations administration related to oneself in a timely and professional manner
Support the operations on the field whenever requested.
General
Serves as initial contact for the corporate office of the operations department
Must perform on all Microsoft Office tools
Maintain strict confidentiality as required.
May research and compile data as requested.
To undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Manager.
Liaise with other departments ensuring communication and the resolution of problems
To work efficiently and effectively in meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
Ensure all private communication and personal / official documents are kept discreet and confidential.
Related Assignments
· Carries out and performs other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of department’s work and performance.

· Associate (Degree/Diploma), apprenticeship in Hospitality or restaurant management or related field OR High school graduate with additional 2 years’ experience on top of the minimum required experience for the position.
· Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within hospitality or related industry.
