The CEO Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative
Support to the CEO.
Specification
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
Office administration
Team building
Analytical and problem solving skills
Decision making skills
Effective verbal, written and listening skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word-processing programs
Stress management skills
Time management skills
Bilingual
Must have excellent English and Arabic verbal and written skills
Must have at least 5 years experience in the same field.
Responsibilities
• To assist the CEO in his day to day functioning
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and emails.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Correspond and follow up with all divisions as and when required for tasks assigned.
• Handle the reception desk and answer telephones and transfer them to the desired extension.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system and present documents for review based on their priority.
• Maintain all general records of group companies like their contact and other details.
• Other duties as assigned.
