2+ years of experience in commercial IT Support or consulting (including face to
face contact with customers)
Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage and build customer
relationships.
Solid knowledge to support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
(including Windows 2003 and 2008 Server Family & Exchange Servers,
Networking Applications, Backup Software and Desktop Applications - SBS
experience highly regarded).
IT Tertiary or formal MS qualifications (desired but not essential)
ITIL experience desirable
