الوصف الوظيفي Reports to: Team Leader Package: QAR 14K To take the responsibility on delivering Windows implementations following standard architecture Support system and Network pre-release and release-delivery activities (when requested) To take the responsibility on delivering Network support and implementations following standard architecture To ensure service availability and performance targets are achieved To act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk (Event handling and incident resolution) Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area and Wide Area Networking of Network Infrastructure Support Wintel pre-release and release-delivery activities (when requested) Ability to support voice and video applications (such as Microsoft Lync) and its integration with MS Exchange Create, document, and implement procedures related to solution builds, device configurations and deployments Develop and release Wintel solutions and deliverables Self-startup and team player Self-motivated to take ownership of projects without much supervision Steady and fast implementer Ability to time-slice between multiple platforms and multiple customer requirements Troubleshooting malfunctions of network/ server hardware’s and applications, VOIP and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services Reporting Netwrok/ System operational status by periodically gathering system information.
Active Directory Windows 2012 R2/ Windows 2016 and related rols System Centre Configuration Manager Exchange 2016 Windows Failover Clustering Expertise in - VMware vSphere Antispam (Cisco ESA/ Symantec Mail Security) VMware VDI/ UEM/ RDS Pools Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Knowledge in - VMware vRealize Automation & vRealize Business Storage & UCS Blades Education: Microsoft Certified IT Professional with 5 years practical hands-on experience Cisco Certification such as CCNA/ CCDA and CDDP are mandatory Advanced skills into Exchange and SharePoint Hands-on experience managing and implementing virtual infrastructure (VMware) ITIL v3 foundation or equivalent Service Management knowledge Ability to design and deploy client solutions Operational experience in managing/ maintaining complex platforms within a managed service environment Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation تفاصيل الوظيفة
